Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. To provide the best service experience and respect scheduled appointment times, the following policy applies to all services: ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service price ✨ No-Shows • Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings ✨ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled to remain on schedule • Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee ✨ Required Deposits • Certain services (including Brazilian waxing and extended appointments) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking • Deposits are applied toward the service total and are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows Bespoke Beauty by Elainie maintains a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions will result in immediate termination of the service and full service charges may apply.
