Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. To provide the best service experience and respect scheduled appointment times, the following policy applies to all services: ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 90% of the service price ✨ No-Shows • Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings ✨ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled to remain on schedule • Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee ✨ Required Deposits • Certain services (including Brazilian waxing and extended appointments) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking • Deposits are applied toward the service total and are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows Bespoke Beauty by Elainie maintains a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions will result in immediate termination of the service and full service charges may apply. ✨ Studio Guest & Child Policy To maintain a safe, calm, and professional environment for all clients, Bespoke Beauty by Elainie is an appointment-only studio. • Only the individual receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room. • Children are not allowed at appointments, including infants and toddlers. • Guests, friends, partners, or additional persons may not accompany clients unless they are also booked for a service. Why this policy exists: • Treatments involve professional equipment, chemicals, hot tools, and sharps that are not safe for children or unbooked guests. • Kansas state regulations require controlled treatment environments to ensure sanitation, safety, and client privacy. • The studio is designed to provide a quiet, relaxing, and uninterrupted experience for every client. • Additional guests can compromise treatment quality, timing, and safety. Clients who arrive with children or unbooked guests may be asked to reschedule or forfeit their appointment, and standard cancellation or no-show fees will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, serene, and professional space for everyone.
